I love this place and looking for HiltonHhonour registration. But what is the problem with their security and waitress? No manners, bad images of security, (uniform like schoolboy), waiter (woman only) only talk about smoking and s*x offer but bad standard of customer service, and both of them look lazy!!! I heard they are the REGION EXAMPLE for Asia Pasific by winning this and that awards!! F&B and Security Manager must do something instead of sitting a whole day in their office!!!

For guest, oh yeah! But for staff, huh!! Other Conrad Family Hotel very keen with their staff, but here, only sweet talk! No recreation place, side road stall-like meals(sometimes even recycle!), security no images (1st hotel IN THIS WORLD which in-house security officer wearing uniform like school police cadet while outsource wearing coat), and worst part is, only staff from Management and Front Office got full benefit while other departments was treat like slave!!!

The Guards Rock! One of officer (maybe the youngest officer with right eyebrow scar) was very friendly with customer even though look strict with his guards. Feel safe here.

Those who look for quiet place to stay, avoid this area, too many commercial especialy cafe/restaurant around.

A good landmark for those searching around Rampai business park

This sprout chicken has homemade black sauce with a special taste, i ate three bowls of rice with the black sauce ! and the oily rice is shiny and delicious, and you wont feel the rice is too dry. Chickken is juicy, combined with the black sauce, it taste just nice, as well as the sprout. And the price is reasonable. A Must-try ! p.s. the boss is so good because i keep asking him to add this and that without extra-charges, and he did it!!

yeah, besides bkt jalil n shah alam, we need to build like 20 more stadiums that will cost our entire economy.....i don't think that we will ever host the world cup...not in this lifetime...sorry guys, but we need to be realistic.

nothing much to shout above...but if u wish to die, you can climb the fence and see.. love to watch the small planes wondering around.hehehe.

stayed here from dec 2004 until july 2007......very nice n quite place to stay..would love to own a property here someday for investment purposes....or even own a nice condo or landed property for own stay....

slowly transforming this area to a middle class place....
