To be fair, maybe the founder/constructor of the building have did it wrongly, or aim to other language style in mind. What 'Low-Yat Plaza' emphasis is to encourage and use proper english, not to the reverse. Also since here is EN page.

I've been to overseas too, to be exact is in the year of 1984 just did my matriculation at Canning (Vale) College, Marquis Street, Bentley, Western Australia.
But my psychiatric illness recurred again while I was doing the matriculation there. I've to be sent back to Malaysia. Not giving up I enter UiTM twice Kuantan, temporary campus and Kijang Camp, temporary campus which both couldn't do any better,
Worst come to worst, applied for SPM qualification level jobs which finally I worked as a Pembantu Akauntan, in private sector we're called bookeepers.
I'm married to a very beautiful and loyalty wife and was awarded one pretty lass and three smart lads(biological children)
So far my eldest and the second child got 5A's in UPSR, who the eldest is now in UiTM and the second son, is studying in Dato' Ahmad Maher Secondary School(The only cluster secondary school, other than Tg. Muhammad Faris Petra Science Secondary School in Kelantan)the third child, who is also the son, are going to sit for UPSR who has scored 5A's twice in school exam included trial examination.
The last chid who is the fourth that is also a son is still in the year1 which has shown an early progress who has scored mostly As in his subjects and many of his marks are above 90's of marks.
What I want to say here is that, my psychiatry illness has been developed while I was studying here in Sekolah Alam Shah, Jalan Cheras(nama lama, Kuala Lumpur from 1977 until 1980 which means from Form 1B, 2B, 3B and lastly Form 4 Science 1,that I have to quit my studies here, and resumed later at my home state of Kota Bharu, at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Ismail Petra and Maktab Sultan Ismail. I should sit for SPM exam while studying at SMIP in the year of 1981 but while taking the practicum/practical I fell sick again and the following year I want to be transferred to SIC to resit for SPM exam which actually never sit at SMIP because during the SPM exam I was admitted at Psychiatry ward in Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab 11, General Hospital(but the General Hospital term is no loger used)

Undeniable, sure there are some student only aim is to look for boyfriends/girlfriends. but is this only happen in TARC ? it is much more common on other college, esp private type (even government University also happen). But for majority of the student, they're not rich and only aim is to study and graduate.(TARC is one of the lowest fee, semi-private college in Malaysia - much cheaper than private-college, but higher than government University)
Easy get in and hard to get out ? No so easy actually, minimal entry requirement is needed and strictly applied, also, this is to ensure really qualified (or at least minimal quality) graduate is produced, not 'book-worm' or someone with attitude problem. Compare to some private college where almost everyone is "easy-out", this college is not just eye for money. If want 'easy in - easy out', sorry but please look for other private college/University.
Climb mountain ? I think you mean the campus terrain and size ... of course you cannot compare with your comfortable, flat primary or secondary school, it is College Campus. Also, is this only happen in TARC ? go look for other University, for example, USM Penang, it is much larger and more 'mountain' to climb. and in many University, it even have Internal shuttle (bus) services cause it is too large to walk between each building.
If only a few minute or less walk and "climbing" some (really small) hill also treat as a problem, how to expect and face the real-world challenge after graduate ?

Sure there are space to improve, However it have been improved from time to time (it someone here been visited this site around 2004, he/she will know what I mean).
There is lot motor-cyclist, but not the mat-rempit type we saw on road, which police also scared-of. and DBKL officer is rounding the lake frequently to make sure unnecessary thing does not happen.
It is much better to have green-lung here rather than turning it into concrete housing/business area.
Although it is not much "attraction", but the main purpose of the lake is to provide a exercise and jogging area for resident around, at it serve it well. (secondary is for water-catchment to prevent flood).
