100+ years old temple. i still remember when i was in form 4 (SMTSKL 1997), once upon a time, someone found a black cobra in an abandoned snake cage under the huge tree and since that day this temple were no longer left unoccupied. the Hindus revisits the temple and its majorly salvaged and properly rebuilt.

Agree with Baileyzz. To clarify the two blocks are now under different management, the one on the left (from front entrance) is Merdeka View and the one on the left has kept its name as Bangunant Choo Cheng Chay (used to be Block A & B). I been living there for the past 10 years and bought a unit there 4 years ago (yes at RM100 per sq ft at that time!!). Reason being behind the purchase was I have seen the improvement in recent years. Many years ago you will see all the pimps sitting at the mamak stall but not anymore. There might still be prostitution going on but to be honest even as a resident there I hardly see any moving around during these days. The building has been refurbished and still improving over the years thanks to the management's hard work. New lifts have been installed, whole building repainted and security system (foreign workers are now required to use finger print reader to enter the premise). 1600 sq ft free hold apartment with 2 parking lots right in central KL, where else u think can find such bargain? I was happy with my decision 4 years ago and if u still can find one selling below RM200k u should consider yourself lucky! I love CCK!

im move in to this condo in May this year, they having upgrading works on the facility currently, can see they have a responsible management committee team over here However, noisy is the key concern here but this can be overcome by changing the old windows, the resident are nice and friendly, me and my family are like to staying here Best regards

assalamualaikum, sepatut nya sekolah agama memberi keutamaan kepada murid yg cemerlang dalam UPSRA . sekolah agama ni lebih memberi peluang kapada yang dapat cemerlang UPSR (akedemi). saya cadangkan mansuhkan saja peperiksaan UPSRA buat apa pon buat penat budak je study hard tapi tak di iktiraf.

hi.. I am staying at Choo Cheng Khay apartment for the past 20 years... Some are true & some are not about wht the above comments. I hope the person stay here to make suck comments. Yes - there are 'china dolls' 'working 24hrs' a day but these people dont distrub us residents. Not all units are occupied by loud-speaking-foreigners.... most of us are families tho'...come & see for your self. over 20years staying here, i've only heard 3 cases where people jump down & commit suicide, but this happens to other apartmnt blocks as well...event thos '6 stars apartment' in Hartamas... Haunted : yes, i must say some units are as such but so far I hve not counter into any 'gosts'.... we only hear people taking about it, but nver seen one or feel one whtsoever... I've been staying here for almost 20years now... i still like this place because it is very convinient - LRT & Monorail is 10min walk. Taxi is just everyhwere around this place, there are 7-11 that was just open, food is 24hrs, there are 5~8 food shops / stalls with just 1~2 mon walks.... I guess it's up to individual to like or to hate this place. Cheers!

It's a nice place to stay but: The problem is it's residents, it seems they are not friendly. Many of them are aggressive, selfish and overweening.
