    hi.. i am also one of the resident here... - they started by putting skittles.. - then they place more skittles and road barriers in the middle of the road.. obstructing the traffic going uphill - which is very dangerous - then they put a small station - then they install a permanent barrier on top of all skittles - then.. they start asking where are we heading to.. ** home !! ** and i asked why are you asking me this everyday? can't you recognise my car? and they answered .. 'if you don't want us to harrass you anymore.. buy the sticker !!" -- which means... PAY RM 80 monthly... don't you think this is some sort of scam?? day light robbery??
