Lots of problems happened in the past 2 years...And the residents wanted to have security guard...One family has to pay around rm70 or rm80 per month...One year is equivalent to RM840...Why do we need to pay RM840 per year for security and hope for their services to protect us ? Just be more careful of yourselves, and, for female, DONT SHOW YOUR BIG BAG WHEN YOU ARE GOING OUT...people will know how much money is inside, judging with the style on how you walk, talk, and obviously, your bag..

Go to the website below and take a look at the number of murders and deaths in the Choo Cheng Kay flats on the various floors as well as in front of the apartment blocks. Latest cases between 2000 and 2006. Many of the units are haunted, especially those facing the front entrance. Ask the long-time residents there and they will tell you that some people have also committed suicide there. Despite assurance from the police that the area is clean, there are also "china dolls" operating in the flats. The flats were infamous for the brothels there. Nowadays, most of the units are occupied by foreign workers who talk very loudly on the balcony on their mobile phones, disturbing the neighbours. Why do you think they change the name to "Merdeka View" apartments instead of "Choo Cheng Kay"? http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1P2-10405114.html

Just checked my mail. Unfortunately, it is the evening of 25/10/2008, just got back from a flying visit to Penang. It would have been great to visit with Saudara Anwar Ibrahim and family during this auspicious month of Syawal. I believe he is a person who is well-respected and honoured by many Malaysians of all walks of life. It is not for nothing that the foreign press described him(very aptly) as the elegant Anwar Ibrahim. I join all peace-loving and fair-minded Malaysians in wishing Saudara Anwar and all Muslims in the Pakatan Keadilan Rakyat workforce Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, maaf zahir batin..
