Gurdwara Sahib Sentul - one of the oldest Sikh places of worship in the Capital Kuala Lumpur. Established in the early 19th century by Sikh employees of the Sebtul Railway Workshops nearby, it serves the Sikh population of nearby areas such as Sentul and also suburbs of Kepong, Jinjang, Gombak,Batu Caves etc.
This Gurdwara has been the bastion of Sikh Rehat Maryada of Akal Takhat and propogation of the Punjabi Language. The Guru Nanak Punjabi School run here is one of the earliest punjabi schools. One of the pioneers of Punjabi Education - the Late Gyani Inder Singh Gill was one of the prime movers behind the establishement of this school. A few years ago an empty piece of land nearby was developed into the Sikh Centre Complex of three storeys high which houses a Sikh reference Library, Meeting rooms, Gurdwara Offices, Langgar hall and hostel for visitors. The Original building of the decades old Gurdwara has been beautifully preserved for future generations
