Only for the rich and famous! I went here once penniless just to admire the place, entered the toilet and right after I finished my business I noticed a woman wearing a black coat kneeling on the floor as if she was picking something. I looked carefully and she was cleaning it instead. For goodness sake, I know the building management wants this place to look luxurious but they're ignoring their employees comfort by telling them to wear coats even when their job is just cleaning.

    为我们甲洞人带兴旺和方便。。可是马来西亚的公共巴士依然是很差。不只是少,迟到。态度也不好。要去搭KTM也没有巴士到达。。

My friend bought this place and he was so happy with it initially. Then the gangsters and prostitutes started moving in. The security is a sham and yes, I myself can testify about the faulty lifts. In the end, my friend sold his unit at a loss. Great location but what a shame that it has turned into a ghetto-like place.

The HQ for an insurance company, this building is said to be haunted. These rumors are not surprising considering the close proximity of the building with the Chinese cemetery that surrounds it.
