Not so good, wouldn't go here except for the fact that I live nearby. Took a day to 'service' my disc brakes, which were still hooped at the end of it. Tried to charge RM150 for the privilege! Jokers

Access road or alternate road really a need.
The developer should not emphasizing on buyer from Mont-Kiara area, but to focus on from Sri Sinar, Menjarala, and Kepong etc (where there is a huge buying potential, and all the unsold/unoccupied unit will be solved). If this road is not available, it really hard (if not impossible) to attract people from that area.
Also, because there is no commercial area in this enclosed area, (shop-lot, clinic, restaurant, etc)it make the resident have to drive/travel to to neighbour area looking for this services, which is very inconvenient.
The last is due to the "main road" is only 2 lane wide (1 lane on each side), it make the road really dangerous to drive and facing massive jam on peak hour each day. (the 6 lane road proposal have been cancelled due to increased in cost, from 40 million to above 100 million, and authority have only 20 million allocation budget).
