    Sebenarnya ini dewan serba guna bukan lecture hall. Selalunya ada latihan nyanyian pada malam rabu. Kalau minat boleh masuki koir. Antara lagu diajar termauk buddham sarang sesuai untuk buddhist sahaja. Maklum lah ini kompleks mahavihara atau tempat ibat umat buddhist.

    Many stealing cases happened in TAR Villa. Even though there are security guard, it still happen. The security are OK, but there are vulnerabilities that still can be exploited by those thief. The thief can enter your house and take valuables stealthily... My house are broken. They can open the grill lock. 2 laptops has been stolen.. Luckily they are not mine..both are my friends'. Recently, my neighbor house also been broken. All the tenant are still sleeping and it happen around 9AM. One laptop has been stolen. This time the thief broke the padlock of the grill not lock picking it. So..this is just for reminder as if you guys/girls may take note of.
