This is a 12-storey apartment (3-room type) located beside the Kenanga Point condominum. It is owned by the Chinwoo Athletic Association Selangor & Kuala Lumpur. This apartment has got quite many policemen staying there and hence security is considered to be in order. I stayed there for about two years and I knew the conditions and the man who managed that apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment manager, who is a very capable person, didn't work long enough to rectify the leakages as he got a better job offer elsewhere. After his departure, things were not running as good as before. The committee menmbers of the Chinese-based association failed to realise the the manager's importance and abilities and replaced him with someone else who has got poor tenant-relationship skills. The rental of this apartment is considered to be reasonable in KL standard. A choice and popular accommodation for students, budgest-concious families and small-income workers.

The flat opposite, as mentioned by you, if I am correct, is called Chinwoo Court Apartment. It is managed by professional and experienced personnel and the ex-manager of the said apartment whom I have known for over two years is very concerned about cleaniness and security. For such a small apartment (12-storey)it has got about 8 CCTV cameras as compared to Kenanga Point -- it has done!! Quite many ex-tenants of Kenanga Point had shifted over to Chinwoo Court because of the bad situation there.
